Giveaway Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. Joining the free waitlist and paying $1 to become an Early Bird give exactly the same single entry. Void where prohibited.

The Evolve Launch Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by Evolve Innovations LLC, 1309 Coffeen Ave STE 1200, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA ("Sponsor", "Evolve"). Contact: hello@healwithevolve.com.

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia and the Republic of Türkiye who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Not eligible: employees, officers, contractors and agents of the Sponsor, and the immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and household members of each of them.

Entries close on February 1, 2027 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time (February 2, 2027, 07:59 Istanbul time), or as soon as the 1,000th entry is recorded, whichever comes first (the "End Date"). If entries close early, the Sponsor will post a notice on this page. Everyone who joined the Evolve list at healwithevolve.com before these rules were posted is already entered; no further action is needed.

Enter your email address in any sign-up form on healwithevolve.com ("Join waitlist" or "Early Bird"). Signing up for the free waitlist is a complete entry.

Limit: one (1) entry per person and per email address. Entries made with multiple, fake or disposable email addresses, or by automated means, are void. The first 1,000 entries recorded by the Sponsor's system, in order of sign-up time (the "Entry Pool"), take part in the drawing. If fewer than 1,000 entries are received, all entries take part. Entries that are void under these rules are removed before the drawing. Because sign-up asks only for an email address, eligibility (age and residence) is checked after the drawing; see section 7.

Unsubscribing from emails does not cancel your entry. Asking us to delete your data does.

Ten (10) prizes. Each prize is one (1) Evolve posture device, in a color chosen by the winner from the colors available at launch.

Approximate retail value (ARV) of each prize: the retail price the Sponsor announces for the device at its Kickstarter launch, which will not exceed US$499. Total ARV of all prizes will not exceed US$4,990.

Prizes ship together with the first Kickstarter backer rewards. Delivery dates are estimates and may change. The Sponsor pays shipping, customs duties and import fees for each prize.

If a winner's device has not shipped by December 31, 2027 (for any reason, including the Kickstarter campaign not being funded), the Sponsor will instead award that winner US$50 by bank transfer, PayPal or a gift card, at the Sponsor's choice. This replaces the device prize in full.

Winning does not change any Early Bird reservation or Kickstarter pledge the winner has made; the prize is in addition to it.

Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash except as stated above. Winners are responsible for any income or other taxes on their prize.

On or about February 2, 2027, the Sponsor will select ten (10) potential winners and a list of alternates at random from the Entry Pool using a verifiable random selection method (for example, random.org), and will keep a record of the drawing (the Entry Pool snapshot and the result). The Sponsor's decisions are final.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries in the Entry Pool. With 1,000 eligible entries, the odds are 10 in 1,000 (1 in 100).

Potential winners will be notified by email from hello@healwithevolve.com within 7 days after the drawing. A potential winner must reply within 7 days with their shipping address and confirm that they are 18 or older and a resident of the United States or Türkiye; the Sponsor may ask for reasonable proof (for example, an ID showing only name, date of birth and country). US winners may be asked to sign an affidavit of eligibility and release. If a potential winner does not reply in time, is not eligible, cannot provide proof, or the email cannot be delivered, that prize goes to the next alternate in the order drawn.

Except where prohibited, the Sponsor may publish a winner's first name, first letter of last name and country, only with the winner's permission. No other personal data will be published.

Entry data is used to run the Giveaway and as described in our Privacy Policy at healwithevolve.com/privacy. Our service providers may store and process this data outside your country, including in the United States and the European Union. Proof of eligibility is used only to confirm a winner and is deleted once the prize is delivered.

The Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process or breaks these rules. If the Giveaway cannot run as planned for reasons beyond the Sponsor's control (including fraud, technical failure or a change in law), the Sponsor may modify, suspend or cancel it and, if cancelled, draw winners from eligible entries received up to that time.

To the extent permitted by law, by entering you release the Sponsor from liability for any loss or damage arising from taking part in the Giveaway or from accepting or using a prize.

These rules are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the law of the entrant's place of residence requires otherwise.

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, Facebook or Meta Platforms, Inc. You are providing your information to the Sponsor, not to Meta.

Düzenleyenin çalışanları, yöneticileri, yüklenicileri ve temsilcileri ile bunların birinci derece yakınları (eş, anne, baba, kardeş, çocuk) ve aynı hanede yaşayanlar katılamaz.

Katılım 2 Şubat 2027 saat 07:59'da (İstanbul saati) veya 1.000. katılım kaydedildiği anda (hangisi önce gelirse) sona erer. Katılım erken kapanırsa bu sayfada duyurulur. Bu kurallar yayımlanmadan önce healwithevolve.com'da Evolve listesine katılmış herkes otomatik olarak katılmıştır; başka bir şey yapmanıza gerek yoktur.

healwithevolve.com'daki herhangi bir kayıt formuna e-posta adresinizi girin ("Join waitlist" veya "Early Bird"). Ücretsiz bekleme listesine kayıt, katılım için yeterlidir.

Kişi ve e-posta adresi başına bir (1) katılım hakkı vardır. Birden fazla, sahte veya geçici e-posta adresiyle ya da otomatik yollarla yapılan katılımlar geçersizdir. Çekilişe, sistemimize kayıt saatine göre kaydedilen ilk 1.000 katılım dahil edilir; 1.000'den az katılım olursa tümü dahil edilir. Geçersiz katılımlar çekilişten önce çıkarılır. Kayıt sırasında yalnızca e-posta istendiği için yaş ve ikamet şartları çekilişten sonra kontrol edilir (bkz. madde 7).

E-posta aboneliğinden çıkmak katılımınızı iptal etmez; verilerinizin silinmesini istemek iptal eder.

On (10) hediye vardır. Her hediye, lansmanda sunulan renkler arasından kazananın seçeceği renkte bir (1) adet Evolve duruş cihazıdır.

Her hediyenin yaklaşık perakende değeri, cihazın Kickstarter lansmanında açıklanacak perakende fiyatıdır ve 499 ABD dolarını geçmeyecektir. Tüm hediyelerin toplam değeri 4.990 ABD dolarını geçmeyecektir.

Hediyeler ilk Kickstarter destekçi gönderileriyle birlikte kargolanır. Teslim tarihleri tahminidir ve değişebilir. Kargo, gümrük ve ithalat masraflarını Düzenleyen öder.

Kazananın cihazı 31 Aralık 2027'ye kadar (Kickstarter kampanyasının fonlanmaması dahil herhangi bir nedenle) kargolanmazsa, Düzenleyen bunun yerine kazanana banka havalesi, PayPal veya hediye kartı ile 50 ABD doları verir (yöntem Düzenleyenin seçimidir). Bu ödeme cihaz hediyesinin tamamen yerine geçer.

Kazanmak, kazananın Early Bird rezervasyonunu veya Kickstarter desteğini değiştirmez; hediye bunlara ek olarak verilir.

Hediyeler devredilemez ve yukarıda belirtilen dışında nakde çevrilemez. Hediyeden doğabilecek gelir vergisi veya diğer vergiler kazanana aittir.

2 Şubat 2027 civarında Düzenleyen, katılım havuzundan doğrulanabilir bir rastgele seçim yöntemiyle (örneğin random.org) on (10) kazanan ve sıralı yedekler belirler ve çekilişin kaydını (katılım listesi ve sonuç) saklar. Düzenleyenin kararları kesindir.

Kazanma olasılığı geçerli katılım sayısına bağlıdır. 1.000 geçerli katılımda olasılık 1.000'de 10'dur (100'de 1).

Kazananlara çekilişten sonraki 7 gün içinde hello@healwithevolve.com adresinden e-posta gönderilir. Kazanan, 7 gün içinde kargo adresini bildirmeli ve 18 yaşından büyük olduğunu ve ABD'de veya Türkiye'de ikamet ettiğini onaylamalıdır; Düzenleyen makul bir kanıt isteyebilir (örneğin yalnızca ad, doğum tarihi ve ülkeyi gösteren bir kimlik). Süresinde yanıt verilmezse, şartlar karşılanmazsa, kanıt sunulamazsa veya e-posta iletilemezse hediye sıradaki yedeğe verilir.

Kazananların yalnızca adı, soyadının baş harfi ve ülkesi, ancak kazananın izniyle paylaşılabilir. Katılım verileri Çekilişi yürütmek için ve Gizlilik Politikamızda (healwithevolve.com/privacy) açıklandığı şekilde kullanılır. Hizmet sağlayıcılarımız bu verileri Türkiye dışında, ABD ve Avrupa Birliği dahil, saklayabilir ve işleyebilir. Kimlik kanıtı yalnızca kazananı doğrulamak için kullanılır ve hediye teslim edildikten sonra silinir.
